Your BookVipPlus code grants you specific monetary discounts from the standard prices of hotels and various travel products and services (collectively referred to as the "Products") available on savings.bookvipplus.com (the "Website").

To utilize your savings, you must activate it by entering the code included in your welcome email. By redeeming your savings, you agree to adhere to this Terms of Use policy ("Policy"). This Policy is also available on the Website and may be updated periodically. You further agree to comply with the terms and conditions for each Product listed on the Website ("Product Terms"). These Product Terms may also appear in your purchase confirmations and can vary, being subject to change by the Product providers.

HOW IT WORKS:

To activate your savings code, follow the instructions provided on your card or welcome email. The face value of your code will be credited to your account ("Savings Bank").

-The savings amount off the retail price is displayed on the Website for each Product offered ("Savings"). Please note that Savings may change without prior notice. Only the Savings available at the time of booking and payment will be honored.

-When you make a reservation on the Website, you will see the retail price adjusted down by the Savings. You will need to pay the reduced amount shown to finalize your reservation.

-After completing your booking and payment, the savings amount will be deducted from your Savings Bank. You can continue to use the remaining balance in your Savings Bank for additional reservations until it reaches zero.

-Once a reservation is confirmed and paid for, it cannot be altered or modified; however, it may be canceled if allowed under the Product Terms. Canceled reservations may involve a cancellation fee. Any Savings applied to a canceled reservation cannot be returned to your Savings Bank.

-You may keep utilizing your Savings Bank to lower the cost of future reservations until your balance is zero or your code(s) expire, whichever comes first. For assistance regarding savings dollars or existing reservations, please log in to the Website and select "View Reservations" in the "My Account" area, or fill out the form on the "Contact Us" page.

GENERAL TERMS:

-To register a code and use the Website, customers must be at least 18 years old.

-You are responsible for any costs excluded from the Product price, including government taxes and fees set by providers. Additionally, you bear any expenses incurred while utilizing the Products purchased on the Website and for any purchases made outside the Website, such as transportation, meals, tips, phone calls, room service, and other incidentals.

-Savings codes hold no value except when utilized in accordance with this Policy. They are not to be considered as gift certificates, credit or debit cards, or prepaid vacation vouchers and have no cash surrender value or implied worth.

-Savings codes will not be replaced if they are lost, stolen, damaged, or expired.

-You may transfer your savings code to friends or family before activation; however, once activated, only the account holder can utilize the savings.

-Any suspected or actual violation of the Policy or Product Terms may lead to the immediate deactivation of Customer's savings passport(s) and savings bank without prior notice, cancellation of any purchased Products, and potential chargebacks to Customers for fees and charges incurred by BookVipPlus or its suppliers due to the Customer's misuse.

-By using the savings codes and Products, you agree to indemnify and protect BookVipPlus, its owners, affiliates, agents, contractors, assignees, and designees from any claims, liabilities, or responsibilities for damages, expenses, dissatisfaction, injuries, accidents, fatalities, or property damage related to the use of the savings codes or Products. BookVipPlus does not provide any warranties regarding the Products offered by the provider. BookVipPlus will not be liable for delays or cancellations caused by weather, mechanical failures, acts of war, natural disasters, or any other circumstances beyond its control. BookVipPlus accepts no responsibility for any verbal or written claims about savings codes made by any distributor or third party beyond what is explicitly stated in the Policy and Product Terms. In the event of a conflict between this Policy and what is posted on the Website, the terms on the Website will take precedence.

-Offers are not valid where prohibited or restricted.

California Disclosures:

-Transactions are protected by the California Travel Consumer Restitution Fund (TCRF) if the travel seller was registered and participating in the TCRF at the time of sale and the passenger was in California when payment was made. Eligible passengers can file a claim with TCRF if they are owed a refund exceeding $50 for transportation or travel services that the seller failed to forward to the appropriate provider or if such funds were not refunded when necessary. The maximum compensation from the TCRF to any individual passenger is the total amount paid to the travel seller, capped at $15,000. A claim must be filed with the TCRF within one year following the planned end date of the travel. It is necessary for the claim to provide adequate documentation to support your request along with a processing fee of $35. Individuals making a claim must consent to relinquish their rights to pursue other civil remedies against a registered travel seller for issues related to the sale that prompted the TCRF claim. To obtain a claim form, you can either send a request to: Travel Consumer Restitution Corporation; P.O. Box 6001; Larkspur, CA 94977-6001; or access it through TCRC's website at: www.tcrcinfo.org.

-Under California law, certain travel sellers are required to maintain a trust account or acquire a bond. This business holds a bond provided by International Fidelity Insurance Company for the amount of $5,000.00.

-Travelers purchasing services from outside California are not eligible for protection under the Restitution Fund.
